It forms the foundation for your Major Independent Study, a significant self-directed project that allows you to explore a specific interest within strength and conditioning through in-depth research and critical evaluation.Professional Practice in Strength and Conditioning is designed to develop your coaching skills and encourage reflective practice. Through either your own coaching experience or a placement opportunity, you will engage with the professional standards required in the field and understand the value of interdisciplinary collaboration.A key feature of the course is the Planning, Delivery and Evaluation of Training module. It integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application, focusing on how to build, implement, and review training programs.
