Measurement and evaluation in sport and exercise nutrition focuses on tools and techniques for assessing outcomes and supports the creation of a personalised CPD plan, promoting reflective professional growth.Ergogenic practices and nutritional manipulation allows students to explore the effects of specific dietary strategies and supplements on metabolism and performance, underpinned by the latest research. These applied modules are supported by the research process module, which develops students’ abilities to design and critically analyse research in preparation for independent study.Professional practice prepares students for careers as sport and exercise scientists by building the skills needed to work effectively in real-world settings.
