COURSE CURRICULUM

The program is designed to equip students with both theoretical and practical skills necessary for excelling in the field of experience design and technology-driven projects. The Experience Design module introduces core concepts of researching, designing, and implementing innovative user experiences, emphasizing the use of creative, visual, and interactive technologies. In the Industry Analysis module, students engage in work-based projects that focus on real-world industry challenges, expanding their understanding of key specialisms and strengthening their critical thinking within professional contexts. Technologies Practice allows students to develop a deep understanding of the software, workflows, and practices they will apply in their individual projects, with guidance from project and technical supervisors. In the Collaborative Project module, students work together on an industry-focused project, fostering teamwork and shared problem-solving skills. The Industry Portfolio module requires students to showcase their skills development by producing a collection of artefacts and media that demonstrate their mastery of various techniques and approaches, providing a tangible record of their learning. Research Methods ensures that students are equipped with the necessary skills for master’s level research, focusing on critical reflection and advanced methodologies. Finally, the Research-Based Project allows students to dive into a subject of personal interest, culminating in a formal dissertation that presents their in-depth research and findings.
