COURSE CURRICULUM

This entrepreneurial program is designed to equip students with the critical, strategic, and practical skills needed to launch, develop, and sustain new ventures in a dynamic and uncertain business environment. The journey begins with the Individual Enhancement module, which focuses on the personal development of the entrepreneur. Students explore motivational theories, critical thinking models, and communication techniques to strengthen their emotional resilience and decision-making skills. Building on this personal foundation, the Market Focus module shifts attention to marketing strategies tailored for start-ups, emphasising action over planning, rapid feedback, affordable loss, and customer collaboration to navigate volatile markets. Strategic Thinking introduces students to the core principles of design thinking and the value of applying creativity and logic in constructing strategic roadmaps that serve customers’ evolving needs. The Building Relationships module develops interpersonal and leadership capabilities, focusing on emotional intelligence, group dynamics, and stakeholder communication in complex business ecosystems. In Advanced Practice, students engage with entrepreneurial finance and risk management, gaining a global perspective on the acquisition process, funding structures, and the legal and financial considerations involved in scaling businesses. The course culminates in the Live Commercial Project, offering real-world application of academic knowledge through one of three pathways. The Start-Up Track allows students to form their own business, while the Consultancy Track places them within existing small businesses or venture capital environments for strategic analysis. The Intrapreneurship Track offers experience within large corporations working on internal innovation and development projects. Across all modules, the program stresses adaptability, self-reflection, and strategic foresight, preparing students to manage uncertainty, lead teams, and make impactful decisions. It integrates entrepreneurial theory with experiential learning, ultimately shaping agile, well-rounded professionals ready to create and deliver value in a competitive and ever-changing business landscape.
