This MBA course offers a well-rounded exploration of modern business practices with a strong focus on sustainability, leadership, and strategic thinking. It begins with Strategic Planning for Sustainable Marketing, where students learn to design campaigns that foster long-term stakeholder trust and align with global sustainability frameworks. Operations & Logistics Management follows, equipping students with decision-making tools for effective supply chain and operational strategy.Becoming a Master Manager introduces the Competing Values Framework to help students understand and assess organisational effectiveness and leadership. Strategic Management then expands on this by integrating core business disciplines—such as finance, creativity, and human capital—within strategic decision-making in dynamic environments.Integrated Reporting of Sustainable Development Goals further develops students' understanding of sustainability by analysing how integrated reporting and the UN SDGs can drive corporate transparency, reputation, and stakeholder trust. This is complemented by Personal & Professional Development, a module designed to enhance critical academic and employability skills through self-reflection and planning.The course culminates in the MBA Consultancy Project, which allows students to tackle real-world business problems, either through client consultancy or by developing an entrepreneurial business plan. This capstone project encourages practical application of all prior learning in a strategic, high-stakes environment.
