COURSE CURRICULUM

This MBA course is designed to provide students with the strategic, analytical, and practical skills needed to thrive in a modern, dynamic business environment. The program begins with Marketing Dynamics, where students explore both traditional and digital marketing approaches, learning to identify and respond to contemporary challenges and opportunities. Operations and Logistics Management focuses on the effective coordination of operational resources and supply chains, encouraging critical thinking and strategic planning.In Becoming a Master Manager, students examine organisational effectiveness through the Competing Values Framework, gaining insight into leadership and structural dynamics. Personal and Professional Development enhances academic, communication, and employability skills, with a focus on reflective practice and career planning. Strategic Management integrates key areas such as leadership, finance, human capital, and environmental analytics to prepare students for decision-making in complex environments.Financial Analysis introduces key accounting and financial tools used by leaders to assess business performance and inform strategic planning. The course concludes with a two-part MBA Work Placement or Consultancy Project. Here, students apply their learning in a real-world setting, either through a placement with a business or by developing an entrepreneurial business plan. Supported by mentors, they manage client relationships and deliver professional, results-driven outcomes.
