Object-Oriented Programming builds on earlier programming knowledge, focusing on modular and reusable code structures, while Software Engineering Principles & Practices introduces software development methodologies, tools, and theoretical foundations.In the second year, the curriculum becomes more technically intensive. Software Systems Development deepens programming and development techniques for commercial-grade software. Web-Application Technologies introduces front-end and back-end web development, allowing students to design and implement dynamic and interactive websites. Systems Programming teaches lower-level programming and interaction with operating system features, enhancing understanding of how compiled programs work and how systems interact. Machine Learning Techniques for AI covers data structures and AI algorithms, emphasizing real-world applications in areas such as healthcare and smart technologies. The year concludes with a Team Project, where students collaborate to solve a practical software engineering problem, mirroring professional development cycles and teamwork.The final year focuses on professional practice and advanced software development. Professional Software Engineering introduces industry-level practices including requirements engineering, testing, cost estimation, and quality assurance. Software Service Architectures teaches students how to design and build applications using remote and distributed services. The course culminates in the Production Project, a capstone module in which students plan, develop, and evaluate a complete software product, applying all of the technical and theoretical knowledge acquired throughout the degree. This final phase prepares graduates for careers in software development, systems architecture, or further academic research.
