In year 1, you build a strong foundation in business fundamentals. Modules like Entrepreneurial Strategy and Global Business Environment introduce you to key economic forces and global markets. Marketing & the Digital Customer Experience covers how to create customer value in the digital age, while Accounting & Finance for Managers helps you understand and use financial data to support decision-making. Data Decisions & Understanding AI familiarises you with data analysis and its role in modern businesses, and Managing Organisations & People develops your understanding of leadership, motivation, and team dynamics.In year 2, the focus shifts to more specific business functions. You’ll study Commercial Law and Employment Law for Managers to understand the legal landscape businesses operate in. Business Finance and Operations & Supply Chain Management teach you how to manage resources and financial decision-making effectively. Managerial Decision Making explores the psychology behind leadership choices and negotiation. Developing Professional & Employability Skills prepares you for the job market, helping you build a strong personal brand and leadership competencies.In the final year, you apply what you’ve learned in practical and strategic contexts. The Consultancy Project allows you to solve a real business problem for a client, and Business Strategy gives you tools to critically analyse organisations and their strategic direction. You’ll also study Media & Entertainment Law and Strategic HRM for Leaders, exploring legal frameworks and leadership in human resources. You then choose either Governance, Ethics & CSR, a Work Placement, or Intercultural Management, depending on your interests. You’ll also choose between Alternative Dispute Resolution or Company Law, both of which explore how businesses handle conflict or operate within legal corporate frameworks.
