Modules also explore managerial decision-making, leadership, and the development of professional and employability skills to prepare for the workplace.The final year allows students to apply their knowledge to real-world situations. Through a consultancy project, they work with an actual business client to address a strategic challenge. Advanced financial management and business strategy modules provide insight into high-level decision-making, while financial market and investment analysis equips students with an understanding of global finance and risk. The course also covers strategic human resource management, helping students to align leadership and staff needs with business goals.
