COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Management and Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides a comprehensive and practical education in the integration of AI within organisational and managerial contexts. Core modules cover a wide spectrum of topics designed to develop both technical expertise and strategic insight. AI and Society explores the broader ethical, social, and economic implications of AI, helping students understand its impact on organisations and society. AI in Data Analytics equips students with the skills to harness data-driven insights, applying AI tools to support decision-making and operational efficiency. AI in Economics and Finance focuses on the applications of AI in financial modelling, economic forecasting, and strategic financial management, linking technological innovation with business outcomes. Managing Change and AI addresses how organisations adapt to AI-driven transformations, teaching students how to lead change, implement AI solutions effectively, and manage organisational challenges. People, Work, and AI examines the interaction between AI technologies and human work, emphasising workforce dynamics, productivity, and ethical considerations in AI deployment. The Master’s Project provides an opportunity to apply learning to a substantial research or practical project, synthesising AI knowledge and management skills. Overall, the program prepares graduates to lead AI initiatives, navigate technological and organisational challenges, and drive innovation responsibly in diverse sectors.
