The MSc Advanced Management, Consulting and Change program offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to develop both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for a successful career in management consulting and organisational leadership. Core modules focus on equipping students with expertise across consulting practice, change management, and leadership. Advanced Consulting Skills develops practical techniques for problem-solving, analysis, and client engagement, while Contemporary Themes in Management Consulting explores current trends and challenges shaping the consulting industry. Leading Change provides students with strategies to design, implement, and manage organisational transformations effectively, emphasising both operational and strategic perspectives. The Consultancy Context and The Consultant Experience modules immerse students in real-world scenarios, enabling them to apply consulting frameworks, engage with stakeholders, and experience the dynamics of professional consultancy work. The Master's Project allows students to integrate their learning into an independent, research-based project, addressing complex organisational issues and producing actionable recommendations.
