COURSE CURRICULUM

The program consists of 180 credits. You will take three core modules (60 credits): Theories and Concepts in Diplomacy and Foreign Policy; International Relations Theory; and Dissertation (60 credits). You will also choose optional modules (60 credits) from a wide range including: Conflict Management and Contemporary Conflicts; Contemporary Issues in the Middle East; Gender and International Relations; Globalisation: Its Meanings, Causes and Consequences; Major Approaches to the Study of International Relations; Politics and International Relations of the Middle East; Theorising Security and War; and others. The curriculum emphasises critical analysis, theoretical understanding, and research skills, culminating in a 15,000-word dissertation on a topic of your choice within international relations.
