COURSE CURRICULUM

The curriculum spans three years. Year 1 introduces foundational modules including English Legal System and Methods, Contract Law, Criminal Law, and Public Law. Year 2 builds on this with modules such as Land Law, EU Law, Tort Law, and optional subjects like Family Law or Company Law. Year 3 allows specialization through advanced modules, including Equity and Trusts, and a dissertation or research project. Students can choose electives in areas like International Human Rights Law, Environmental Law, or Medical Law and Ethics. The program includes skills-based training in legal research, writing, and mooting. Assessments combine exams, essays, and presentations, ensuring a balanced evaluation of theoretical knowledge and practical application.
