COURSE CURRICULUM

The BSc Hons International Management program offers a comprehensive study of business and management in a global context, equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed to operate effectively in diverse international environments. In the first year, students build a foundation in economics, accounting, management theory, marketing, and key debates surrounding organisations, while developing professional skills to prepare for future careers. The second year deepens this understanding by examining ethics and responsibility in a global context, international business environments, and management in multinational organisations. Students also engage with research methods and have the opportunity to tailor their studies through optional modules, including digital marketing, human resource management, marketing management, operations, and study abroad experiences. In the final year, the program focuses on practical application and strategic insight through a capstone project, global sustainable development, international political environments, and managing people globally. Optional modules such as global supply chain management, international marketing management, strategic management, technological futures, and work and employment relations allow students to align their studies with career aspirations. Through this combination of theoretical understanding, practical experience, and research-informed learning, graduates develop analytical, leadership, and strategic skills, preparing them for successful careers in international management, consultancy, business development, and related fields.
