The BSc Business and Human Resource Management program offers a comprehensive understanding of how people drive organisational success and how effective management of human capital is critical in today’s complex business environment. In the final year, students focus on advanced topics including managing people and change, global human resource management, contemporary work and employment relations, and undertake a capstone project integrating their learning.
