COURSE CURRICULUM

The course consists of five modules plus a major project. Core modules include: User Research and Experience Design (exploring user-centred design methods, prototyping, and evaluation); Interaction Design (covering human-computer interaction principles, interface design, and accessibility); Design Thinking for Start-ups (focusing on innovation, business models, and pitching ideas); Inclusive Design and User Experience Anthropology (addressing ethics, inclusivity, and cultural aspects of design); and a Major Project (an independent research or design project). Optional streams allow specialization in areas like UX leadership. Teaching methods include lectures, workshops, group work, and practical assignments. Assessment is through portfolios, reports, presentations, and prototypes. The curriculum emphasizes real-world application, with opportunities for industry placements and live briefs.
