COURSE CURRICULUM

The curriculum includes core modules such as Renewable Energy Engineering Principles, which covers fundamentals of various renewable technologies; Energy Management and Sustainability, focusing on policy and economic analysis; Project Management for Renewable Energy, teaching planning and execution of projects; and a substantial individual research project or dissertation. Optional modules may include Advanced Solar Energy Systems, Wind and Hydro Power, Biomass and Biofuels, and Energy Storage Technologies. Students engage in practical sessions using software like MATLAB and ANSYS for modeling, and participate in group projects simulating real engineering scenarios. The program also incorporates guest lectures from industry experts and site visits to renewable energy facilities. Assessment is through exams, coursework, presentations, and the final project, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both technical and managerial aspects of renewable energy engineering.
