COURSE CURRICULUM

The course consists of six core modules, plus a research project. Core modules include: Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations and Project Management, Financial Management and Decision Making, Global Business Environment, and Research Methods. You will also undertake a Consultancy Project or Dissertation. The curriculum covers topics such as supply chain strategy, inventory management, transportation and distribution, procurement, sustainability in supply chains, risk management, and the use of technology like ERP systems and data analytics in logistics. Teaching methods include lectures, seminars, workshops, case studies, and site visits. Assessment is through exams, assignments, reports, presentations, and the final project. The program emphasises practical application, with opportunities for simulations and real-world projects.
