COURSE CURRICULUM

The Business Management and Entrepreneurship BSc (Hons) develops entrepreneurial thinking and practical business skills through a structured three-year progression. In the first year, students build a strong foundation by exploring global business environments, marketing and sales, organisational behaviour and the role of data and disruptive technologies in modern business. This helps them understand how organisations operate and how digital solutions can drive innovation. The second year focuses on strengthening problem-solving, decision-making and financial skills. Students learn accounting and financial management, practise generating innovative ideas through business design thinking and examine sustainable and responsible management. A dedicated module guides them in shaping their own business concept, encouraging hands-on entrepreneurial development. In the final year, the program shifts towards strategic thinking and leadership in start-up and scale-up contexts. Students study business strategy, leadership in complex environments and international entrepreneurship within small and medium-sized enterprises. They also gain a practical understanding of funding systems, including venture capital, business angels and crowdfunding. Through modules on fundraising and pitching, they learn how to prepare a business for investment and present proposals effectively. By graduation, students are equipped with the knowledge, creativity and confidence to launch their own ventures or contribute innovatively within existing organisations.
