COURSE CURRICULUM

Modules include Illustration Communication, Animation Methods, Contextualising Contemporary Practice, and The Conscious Practitioner. Year 2: Builds on skills with advanced projects in narrative genres, book art, reportage, and motion graphics. Modules cover Illustration Concepts, Animation Strategies, and Critical Issues in Illustration Animation. Optional sandwich year for professional placement. Year 3: Focuses on personal and professional development with major projects, dissertation, and portfolio preparation. Modules include Illustration Resolutions, Animation Realisation, Dissertation, and Professional Practice. The curriculum integrates workshops, lectures, seminars, and real-world projects to develop technical proficiency in software like Adobe Creative Suite and critical thinking skills.
