COURSE CURRICULUM

The program is modular in structure. You will take eight 15-credit taught modules and complete a 60-credit dissertation. Modules include: Foundations of Managing and Developing People; Employee Resourcing; Employment Relations; Strategic Human Resource Management; Research Methods in HRM; Professional Skills and Practice in HRM; Employee Development and Wellbeing; and Reward Management. The dissertation allows you to undertake an in-depth study of an area of HRM of your choice. The curriculum is designed to develop critical thinking and practical skills in HRM, aligned with CIPD standards.
