COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Business Psychology with Intercultural Communication provides students with the knowledge and skills to work effectively in multinational and cross-cultural professional environments. In this program, students study business psychology, focusing on leadership, organisational culture, social and organisational change, employee well-being, performance, and job satisfaction, alongside intercultural communication, which emphasizes effective verbal and written communication with diverse audiences. Mandatory courses in intercultural communication, business psychology, research methods, and leadership provide a strong foundation, while optional courses in workplace communication, coaching psychology, and organisational culture allow students to tailor their learning to their professional interests. The program integrates practical skills development with theoretical understanding, giving students the ability to apply psychological principles and communication strategies to improve organisational outcomes and enhance team performance. The dissertation component enables students to conduct independent research, applying analytical, research, and ICT skills to real-world problems.
