Planning Marketing Strategy builds practical expertise in analysing organisations, applying segmentation and positioning techniques, and creating effective, real-world marketing plans. In Leading Strategy and Organisational Change, students learn to evaluate strategic options and manage complex change processes within organisations. Strategic Financial Decision Making strengthens financial understanding, enabling students to analyse data, manage budgets, assess risks, and align financial planning with organisational goals. The Business Consultancy Project provides hands-on experience by working with real organisations to solve complex challenges, while developing teamwork, communication, and project management skills. Leading Enterprise Development explores entrepreneurship, innovation, and growth strategies, preparing students to create and manage successful ventures. Finally, the Postgraduate Business Project allows students to conduct applied research, integrating academic knowledge with practical business insights.
