COURSE CURRICULUM

The BSc (Hons) Digital Business Management programme is structured over three years and focuses on combining core business knowledge with advanced digital skills to prepare students for careers in modern, technology-driven industries. In Year 1, students build a foundation through modules such as Business in the Digital Economy, Professional and Study Skills, Running a Business, Being Human in the Digital World, Data and Decision-Making, and Digital Business in a Global Environment, which introduce key business concepts alongside digital thinking. Year 2 develops applied skills with modules including Finance and Accounting for Managers, Managing People and Change, eBusiness and Digital Marketing, Selling, Negotiating and Networking, Work-based Learning for Digital Skills, and The Digital Manager, providing strong practical and industry-relevant experience. In Year 3, students progress to advanced and strategic study through modules such as Connected Global Commerce, Digital Sustainability, Strategic Leadership, and Innovation and Digital Enterprise, alongside an Honours Research Project focused on digital business. Overall, the programme develops strong analytical, digital, managerial, and strategic capabilities, enabling graduates to understand and lead digital transformation in organisations. It prepares students for careers in digital marketing, business analysis, e-commerce, innovation management, and leadership roles across a wide range of global industries.
