The Responsible Leadership Skills in International Contexts module focuses on the evolution of leadership, particularly in global settings, and covers essential areas such as human resources, coaching, strategic change, stakeholder engagement, digitalisation, and social responsibility, with an emphasis on self-reflection, resilience, and wellbeing. The Marketing and Brand Management module teaches students how to create and sustain organizational value through effective branding, competitive advantage, customer value, and marketing strategies, while considering sustainability and ethics. Corporate Social Responsibility for Sustainable Development explores the critical role of businesses in society, emphasizing CSR, corporate citizenship, and sustainability through ethical theories from global and stakeholder perspectives.
