Here, students learn about the contractual obligations of international buyers and sellers, offering practical insight into managing legal risk in global trade.The Ethics, Sustainability and Law module plays a crucial role by examining how legal systems intersect with responsible and sustainable decision-making. It encourages students to distinguish between legal compliance and ethical leadership, with reference to global standards such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Principles for Responsible Management Education.
