COURSE CURRICULUM

The program is structured across a series of progressive blocks that build advanced knowledge in international business and sustainability-focused management. It begins with International Business and Strategy, which develops understanding of global markets, competitive positioning, and strategic decision-making within an international context. Strategic and Financial Decision Making follows in Block 2, strengthening analytical and financial skills needed to evaluate risk, assess performance, and support informed managerial decisions. Block 3 focuses on the Principles and Practice of Sustainability in Business, examining how organisations integrate environmental and social responsibility into strategy and operations. In Block 4, Sustainable Human Resource Management in the Contemporary and Global Context explores ethical people management, workforce development, and inclusive practices across diverse cultural and organisational settings. Block 5, Corporate Sustainability and Business Ethics, deepens understanding of ethical frameworks, governance, and corporate responsibility in addressing global challenges. The program concludes with a Business Project in Block 6, where students apply theoretical knowledge to practical business problems, demonstrating research, analysis, and strategic thinking skills. Carbon Literacy Training is embedded within Block 1, 3, or 6, enhancing awareness of climate change, carbon reduction, and sustainable decision-making. Together, these blocks provide a coherent learning journey that prepares graduates to lead responsibly and create sustainable value in global organisations.
