COURSE CURRICULUM

The program is structured into a series of interconnected blocks that develop strong leadership, strategic, and sustainability-focused capabilities. It begins with Leadership and Business Sustainability, which introduces core leadership principles alongside the environmental and social responsibilities facing modern organisations. Students then complete Carbon Literacy Training in Block 1, 3, or 4, strengthening their understanding of climate change, carbon reduction, and sustainable business practices. Advanced Strategic Management follows in Block 2, focusing on long-term planning, competitive advantage, and decision-making in complex and dynamic global environments. Block 3 explores Cross-cultural Management and Marketing, equipping students with the skills needed to operate effectively across international markets, manage diverse teams, and respond to cultural differences in consumer behaviour. Responsible Leadership through People Management in Block 4 emphasises ethical leadership, talent development, employee engagement, and inclusive workplace practices. Block 5, Business Finance and Enterprise Development, builds financial literacy, investment appraisal, and entrepreneurial thinking, enabling students to support organisational growth and innovation. The program concludes with a Consultancy Project in Block 6, where students apply their learning to real organisational challenges, integrating strategic, financial, and leadership perspectives while developing practical, professional experience.
