COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (Global) program is structured around six key blocks designed to build advanced management knowledge and practical skills for global business leadership. The first block, Leadership and Business Sustainability, focuses on talent management, organisational leadership, and the role of businesses in achieving sustainable development goals, supported by case studies and real-world examples. The second block, Advanced Strategic Management, explores the strategic management process and project management tools, encouraging students to critically apply frameworks to dynamic business environments. Block three, Cross-Cultural Management and Marketing, examines cultural dimensions in international organisations and marketing strategies, addressing intercultural challenges, negotiations, and barriers to global market entry. Block four, Business Finance and Enterprise Development, develops analytical, financial, and entrepreneurial skills, covering investment principles, capital structure, and enterprise creation to prepare learners for innovative problem-solving in business contexts. The final stage of the program offers a choice between two pathways: the Research Methods and Entrepreneurship Project, which guides students through the business planning process to develop viable entrepreneurial ventures, or the Research Methods and Consulting Project, where students work on real-world organisational challenges through consulting. Together, these modules provide a comprehensive foundation for global business leadership, entrepreneurship, and applied strategic decision-making.
