This is followed by Business Dynamics, Ethics and Culture, which introduces key organisational functions and ethical considerations, helping students understand the inner workings of firms and the critical factors driving success. Economics in Global Business provides insight into economic principles at the individual, market, and national level, allowing students to apply theory to real-world business challenges. Marketing for International Business closes the year by examining how marketing practices adapt to international audiences, with a strong focus on cultural awareness and global market strategies. In Year 2, students deepen their understanding through modules like Multinational Enterprise in the Global Economy, which delves into foreign direct investment and strategic decisions made by multinational enterprises. Data Analytics and Research Skills equips students with analytical tools necessary for business decision-making, while International Organisational Behaviour and Leadership focuses on the dynamics of working with diverse teams in international settings. For Block 4, students choose between International Supply Chain Management, which highlights logistics and operational efficiency, or International Financial Management, which focuses on analysing financial data for informed decision-making. The final year is dedicated to strategic thinking and advanced research. International Business Strategy and Governance provides a framework to understand how firms expand globally and leverage their competitive advantages. Students can tailor their learning by choosing between Emerging Markets or Digital Transformation, aligning their knowledge with future trends. The study of International Trade Management offers both regulatory and managerial perspectives of trade operations. Finally, students undertake a major independent project or dissertation, applying their skills to real-world issues in global business, demonstrating research competence and professional readiness for international business careers.
