COURSE CURRICULUM

The Graphic Design and Illustration program spans three years, offering a comprehensive education in both the creative and technical aspects of the field. In Year 1, students focus on developing ideation and problem-solving skills through modules that introduce design principles and visual communication. They explore creative resolution, emphasizing the refinement of design solutions and communication of concepts. In the final year, the program shifts toward independent practice, where students apply the concepts and techniques learned earlier to create their own projects under minimal supervision. They also focus on professional practice, gaining insight into the commercial aspects of design, managing client relationships, and preparing a professional portfolio. The culmination of the program is a self-promotional package designed to help students transition into the professional world.
