COURSE CURRICULUM

This postgraduate management course is designed to equip students with both theoretical understanding and practical skills essential for addressing complex business challenges and preparing for future managerial roles. Launching with a new flexible structure in September 2025, the program allows students to choose between a broad-based management education or to specialize in one of three key areas: Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, or Human Resource Management. This flexibility ensures students can tailor their learning experience to match their career ambitions and interests. A notable feature of the program is a one-month study tour in Spain, offering international exposure and a chance to develop global business insights. In addition, students have the opportunity to undertake a three-month internship, gaining valuable real-world experience in a professional environment. These practical components are designed to complement the academic curriculum, enabling students to apply their knowledge in real business contexts and enhance their employability. The course blends academic theory with experiential learning, encouraging critical thinking, strategic decision-making, and effective leadership. It is ideal for graduates who aim to make a significant impact in the business world, whether through general management or by contributing to evolving fields like sustainable development, innovation, or people management.
