COURSE CURRICULUM

This course is designed to equip you with the skills needed for leadership and innovation in a business environment. Key modules include Corporate Strategy, where you'll develop strategic thinking and decision-making skills, focusing on strategic analysis, competitive advantage, and corporate-level strategy. The Global Business Leader module enhances your leadership capabilities, offering tools to develop your strategic thinking, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills, while fostering the ability to lead with integrity. Strategic Financial Decision Making teaches you to make informed financial decisions for sustainable business growth, covering areas such as financial analysis, investment appraisal, and sustainable finance practices.Innovation Management and Technologies provides an understanding of the rapidly changing world of innovation and technology, with a focus on trends like generative AI and IoT. The module also explores change management strategies to create a competitive business advantage. To complete the master’s, students choose between two 60-credit options: the Dissertation or the Internship Project. The Dissertation involves an in-depth research project, guided by an academic supervisor, to develop critical research and analysis skills. Alternatively, the Internship Project allows students to apply their learning in a real-world setting through a nine-week internship, developing problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. This final project is based on the internship experience and is supported by the university’s career team. Internship opportunities are subject to availability, application, and approval.
