COURSE CURRICULUM

The master's program offers a comprehensive set of courses designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge to excel in entrepreneurship and leadership. The core modules include Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation, which focuses on developing the skills needed to launch and grow businesses, with an emphasis on creativity, risk-taking, and identifying market opportunities. It also covers crafting business plans and understanding customer-focused strategies. Entrepreneurial Leadership and Risk Management explores the critical role of leadership in navigating uncertainties, developing skills in creativity, planning, leadership, and problem-solving within a multicultural environment. Strategic Financial Decision Making teaches students advanced financial analysis, investment appraisal, and sustainable finance, helping them optimize financial performance, manage risks, and identify opportunities for business growth. Innovation Management and Technologies focuses on navigating the evolving world of innovation and technology, introducing trends such as generative AI and IoT, and teaching strategies for managing change and creating competitive business advantages.To complete the master’s program, students must choose one 60-credit module. The Dissertation involves conducting an in-depth research project, guided by an academic supervisor, where students will identify a research problem, evaluate findings, and present meaningful insights. If students have completed a professional placement or practice, their dissertation will be linked to this experience. The Internship Project option involves a nine-week internship, where students apply their knowledge to real-world projects with industry mentors. It helps build problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills. Internships must be sourced and approved by the university, and the final project will be based on this experience.
