Students will engage in interactive sessions, using IT tools like Adobe Express and Mentimeter to communicate and collaborate effectively. "Project Delivery Environment" teaches students essential tools for project management, covering frameworks such as PRINCE2 and Agile. Topics include ethics, intellectual property, and quality management, ensuring that students can deliver engineering projects on time and within budget. "Project Management" focuses on both agile and traditional project management methodologies, guiding students through the Design Sprint process to create solutions, prototypes, and project plans.
