COURSE CURRICULUM

The modules outlined in this program provide a comprehensive understanding of business psychology, leadership, and consumer behaviour, with a strong focus on data analysis and real-world applications. The Science of Selection and Data Analytics module enhances practical skills in quantitative data analysis and psychometric testing, preparing students to make data-driven decisions in various business settings, while also incorporating AI-driven tools. In Leading and Developing People, students explore different leadership theories and their application in organisational contexts, focusing on how leaders can maximise the potential of individuals, teams, and the organisation. Consumer Psychology delves into the psychological aspects of consumerism, examining buying behaviour, marketing strategies, and sustainability, and applying qualitative research methods to assess consumer practices. The Wellbeing and the Global Workplace module addresses the intersection of work, wellbeing, and leadership in a global context. It explores how technological advancements and diversity impact workplace wellbeing, and the role of cultural intelligence and communication within teams. Finally, the Systematic Literature Review and Evidence-based Practice module provides an opportunity for independent research. Students will synthesize existing journal articles on a business psychology topic, drawing conclusions to inform an intervention or change plan. This module culminates in a presentation where students present their findings and showcase their ability to apply evidence-based practices in real-world situations.
