Strategic management and stakeholder integration shifts the focus to leadership and project execution. It covers essential elements like scope, cost, time, quality, and risk management, teaching students how to manage complex construction projects and coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders. The module blends critical thinking with real-world applications to prepare students for decision-making in dynamic environments. The building performance assessment and net-zero buildings module explores sustainable building design, energy performance, and environmental impact. It teaches the use of software tools for energy modelling and environmental assessment, enabling students to plan low-energy retrofits and new builds.
