COURSE CURRICULUM

People, Relationships and Leadership in Practice focuses on developing effective leadership capabilities, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage teams and organisational relationships in professional contexts. Finance, Sustainability and Performance Management builds financial literacy while integrating sustainability principles, enabling students to evaluate organisational performance and make responsible, data-informed decisions. Marketing and Operations Management explores how organisations create and deliver value, covering market analysis, customer engagement, supply chains, and operational efficiency. Strategic Management and Governance examines long-term strategic decision-making, corporate governance, and ethical leadership within complex and dynamic business environments. The Postgraduate Project provides the opportunity to undertake an independent, in-depth investigation or applied business project, allowing students to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical analysis. Through this capstone project, students develop advanced research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills while addressing real-world management challenges.
