COURSE CURRICULUM

This master’s program is designed to develop advanced leadership, strategic, financial, and entrepreneurial capabilities in a global and digital context. It consists of four core 30-credit modules that cover essential aspects of modern business. In the Leadership, Strategy and Change module, students gain the skills to lead strategic transformations within complex organisations. It focuses on aligning leadership with strategy, building effective teams, and sustaining long-term success through practical case studies and coaching. The Strategic Financial Management and Analysis module equips students with financial tools to support strategic decision-making. It covers financial performance analysis, sustainability integration, and modern techniques like the Balanced Scorecard and ESG evaluations, preparing students for leadership roles in finance. The Entrepreneurship and Innovation module supports those looking to launch or scale ventures. It teaches students how to identify viable business ideas, conduct feasibility studies, and use digital tools to create ventures that deliver both social and economic impact. The Corporate Sustainability and Ethics in a Digital Age module addresses the growing importance of ethical and sustainable business practices. Students explore how digital transformation affects sustainability, including the use of AI, circular economy models, and ESG frameworks, with a practical approach to integrating ethics into modern business strategies.To complete the program, students must undertake one 60-credit final project: either a Dissertation or an Internship Project. The Dissertation involves independent research on a relevant business topic, developing research and analytical skills under academic supervision. Alternatively, the Internship Project offers a nine-week placement with a business, where students apply their knowledge to real-world challenges and gain practical experience. Both options aim to deepen professional insight and prepare students for impactful roles in the business world, combining academic depth with hands-on learning in strategic, financial, and ethical leadership.
