This BSc Public Health degree is designed to provide a strong foundation in public health principles and practices, preparing students for a range of careers in healthcare, policy, and research. Modules such as Leadership and Management for Health Care Professionals and Contemporary Issues in Public Health help develop strategic thinking and leadership skills. Topics like globalisation and sustainable health financing highlight the impact of global policies and economics on health outcomes. The implementation-focused module equips students with practical tools to evaluate and apply health interventions. The dissertation serves as a capstone project, allowing students to investigate a public health issue of personal or professional interest and demonstrate their capacity for independent research and critical thinking.
