In the first year, students across Automotive, Mechanical, and Motorsport Engineering courses follow a shared curriculum, offering a broad foundation in core engineering principles. This structure provides flexibility, allowing students to switch courses at the end of the year, depending on their interests and academic progress. Key modules include Mechanical Science, which introduces fundamental mechanical engineering concepts, and Manufacturing Technology and Materials, which explores engineering materials and manufacturing processes across industries. Engineering Design focuses on structured problem-solving and design management using industry-standard software, while Engineering Application emphasizes practical understanding through experimental methods and real-world systems. Engineering Mathematics develops essential mathematical techniques with a focus on software tools for problem-solving. Electrical and Electronic Engineering Principles introduces the basics of circuit analysis, digital logic, and power systems, providing an essential understanding of electrical engineering in mechanical contexts.In the second year, students build on their foundational knowledge and begin to explore more advanced concepts. Design and Sustainability develops creativity, analysis, and IT skills through product innovation projects. Solid Mechanics and Dynamics deepens understanding of rigid body mechanics and stress analysis. Thermofluid Mechanics introduces key principles of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics used in engineering applications. Engineering Management offers insights into project-based planning, leadership, and business practices in engineering contexts. Instrumentation and Control covers the design and simulation of systems for measuring and controlling mechanical and electrical components.The final year focuses on applying knowledge through independent and team-based projects while offering advanced technical modules. The Individual Project allows students to explore a specific engineering challenge in depth. Other modules such as Mechanical Product Innovation, Stress Analysis and Structural Dynamics, and Computational Thermofluids provide practical and analytical skills.
