COURSE CURRICULUM

You'll study modules like Revenue and Procurement Planning for Hospitality, Tourism, and Events, Consumer Behaviour, Business Law for Hospitality, Tourism, and Events, Food and Beverage Management, Project Management for Events, and Contemporary Issues in Tourism. These modules delve into the operational aspects of the industries, exploring revenue management, consumer psychology, legal frameworks, and event management. This year builds on the skills developed in year one, enabling you to apply theory to real-world scenarios.In the final year, you will focus on more strategic management practices and have the option to choose between a research project or gaining professional experience through an internship or simulation. Modules like Research Skills for the Services and Creative Industries, International Business Strategy, Sponsorship and Brand Management for Hospitality and Events, and Tourism Destinations Management will allow you to critically analyze industry trends, develop strategic business plans, and manage destinations and events effectively.
