COURSE CURRICULUM

The course begins with a common first year, designed to give students a broad foundation in business concepts and theories while working alongside peers in related courses. This year includes modules such as Organisation Behaviour, Foundations of Management, Entrepreneurial Thinking, Marketing, Digital and Social Media, Entrepreneurial Ideation, and Business Decision-Making Using Data Analysis. These modules aim to build essential skills in management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and data analysis, preparing students to explore more specific subjects in later years. By the end of the first year, students have the opportunity to switch courses within the common first year if they find a specific area of interest.In Year 2, students build on the foundational knowledge from Year 1 while focusing on technical, professional, and global competencies. Modules in this year include Strategic Reward and Performance Management, Resourcing, Talent Planning and Employer Branding, Managing Change and the Future of Work, HR Analytics for Strategic Decision-Making, Innovation in Practice, and Designing a Research Proposal. These modules develop students' understanding of human resource management, change management, and innovation, along with enhancing their ability to conduct research and make strategic decisions.The final year is aimed at preparing students for the workforce by consolidating their knowledge and skills. Core modules include Employment Law, Employment Relations, International Human Resources Management, and the Project module. The Project gives students the chance to apply their research skills to a topic of their choice, supported by a mentor, while Employment Law and Employment Relations modules delve into workplace regulations and conflict management. The International HR Management module explores managing human resources across borders in multinational companies. This structured approach ensures graduates are well-equipped for careers in business, human resources, and management.
