Cross Cultural Management (BST449, 15 credits) examines how cultural differences influence communication, leadership, teamwork, and organisational behaviour. Asian Business Systems (BST450, 15 credits) offers insight into economic models, corporate structures, and cultural influences shaping business practices across Asia. Academic Skills and Research Methods (BST458, 15 credits) develops essential research, analysis, writing, and critical thinking skills required for postgraduate study. Sustainable Development and Managing with Nature (BST462, 15 credits) focuses on environmental responsibility, resource management, and sustainable organisational practices. Sustainable Work in a Global Context (BST463, 15 credits) explores labour practices, equality, wellbeing, and the social responsibilities of global employers.
