These modules explore how to manage creativity and bring new products or services to market. Venture Growth and Development focuses on scaling businesses, identifying strategies for sustainable expansion and effective operational management. Leadership and Personal Development enhances students’ ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and reflect on their personal growth throughout the program.Transformational Entrepreneurship and Innovation introduces students to the broader impact of entrepreneurship, including social enterprise, sustainability, and innovation as tools for societal change. The program culminates in the New Venture Plan, a 60-credit capstone module where students develop a comprehensive business plan for a start-up.
