COURSE CURRICULUM

The LLM in International Business is structured to provide a robust understanding of the legal frameworks and issues that underpin global business operations. The program includes compulsory modules totaling 140 credits, covering International Business Law, Transnational Commercial Law, Business and Crime, The Role of Business in Society, Legal Research Skills and Reasoning, and a Dissertation, which together equip students with critical knowledge, analytical skills, and research expertise. These modules explore the regulation of multinational and transnational business, the intersection of law and corporate responsibility, and the application of legal reasoning to complex business scenarios. In addition to the core curriculum, students can tailor their studies through the selection of two specialist optional modules aligned with their professional interests. These options include pathways in Finance, Information Technology and Intellectual Property, Entrepreneurship, or Employment and Human Resource Management, allowing students to focus on areas most relevant to their career aspirations.
