These include Accounting for Business, Business and Sustainability, Digital Business, Retail Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Principles of Logistics, Human Resource Management, Employment Law, Innovation and Enterprise Management, Research Methods, Corporate and Business Law, and Intercultural Experience. This flexibility enables students to tailor their learning to specific interests and industry needs.Year 3 consolidates learning with core modules in Strategic Management, Financial Management, and International Business, preparing students for leadership roles in global markets. A broad selection of optional modules supports specialization, including New Venture Creation, Business Ethics, Public Relations Planning and Strategy, Organisational Change and Change Agents, Retail Strategy, Service Management, Intercultural Marketing Communication, and Individual Study. Additionally, students may opt for an in-depth Dissertation or Business Project worth 40 credits. This final stage emphasizes strategic thinking, ethical practices, and the integration of business knowledge, ensuring graduates are equipped with the analytical, practical, and leadership skills necessary for a successful business career across sectors and industries.
