Advanced Contract, Negotiation and Financial Management focuses on international contracts, negotiation techniques and financial analysis, including cost management, risk assessment and funding strategies within supply chain contexts. Digital Business Strategy explores how data, digital technologies and innovation shape global business operations, addressing digital risk, legal considerations and international markets. International Logistics and Operations examines the role of logistics, e-commerce and operations management in enhancing organisational performance, supported by case studies and business simulations. Environmental, Social and Governance Management develops understanding of sustainable supply chain practices across the full product lifecycle, emphasising environmental responsibility and ethical decision-making. Data-Driven Supply Chain Optimisation introduces the use of analytics and real-time data to improve efficiency, agility and profitability across supply networks. Supply Chain Risk and Resilience Strategies focuses on identifying disruptions and building adaptable, resilient supply chains for competitive advantage. Optional pathways include an independent professional project, a business consultancy module or a work placement, allowing students to apply learning in practical or professional environments. Together, these modules prepare graduates to lead, innovate and optimise international supply chains.
