The Hospitality Leader: The Future You supports personal and professional leadership development by exploring philosophies, values and approaches relevant to future hospitality leaders. The Hospitality Leadership Consultancy Project provides extensive applied experience through engagement with real hospitality organisations, allowing students to act as consultants and address real leadership challenges through research and practice.
