COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Management and Finance course requires students to successfully complete a series of core modules totaling 160 credits, designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of both management and financial disciplines. Core modules include Managerial Finance, which equips students with the analytical skills to assess and manage financial performance, and The Integrated Business, which provides a holistic view of organisational operations and strategy. Leadership Development focuses on enhancing managerial capabilities, decision-making, and interpersonal skills, preparing students to lead teams and organisations effectively. International Strategic Management explores the complexities of operating in a global business environment, including strategic planning and competitive analysis. The Business, Management and Finance Research Project allows students to undertake an in-depth, research-based investigation, applying theoretical knowledge to practical challenges and developing critical analytical and problem-solving skills. In addition, International Financial Strategy teaches students to formulate and implement effective financial policies across global markets, while Security Analysis and Portfolio Management provides practical expertise in investment evaluation, risk assessment, and portfolio construction. Together, these modules ensure that graduates are well-equipped to pursue careers in international management, corporate finance, investment banking, consultancy, and other finance-related roles, with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate complex global business and financial environments successfully.
